Maintenance Coordinator

This position is an integral part of our business. All routine maintenance issues and / or upgrades to the properties are handled through the maintenance department. We employee painters and handymen, the maintenance coordinator prioritizes and schedules work orders assigned to the maintenance men.

This job is very involved, if you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with a heavy workload, enjoy problem solving and decision making, are quick thinking, have good common sense, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, enjoy interacting with people and being part of a successful team, then this position may be the job for you.

This position requires that the individual have a dependable vehicle and a valid class 5 drivers license.

The screening process will start immediately and a select few will be invited for an interview the following week. The position is available for immediate full time employment. The salary is negotiable depending upon your skills and abilities, based on an average of 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Mileage is compensated at .55 cents per kilometer, and $ 25.00 per day is paid while on call with the emergency phone.
