I have been working with Mark and his team since 2011.  His team has always been very responsive to market swings and has kept our place rented during slow times and generating fair rent through both high and low points in the market.  This team has always been very attentive and fair when any upkeep or repairs were required and always feel well taken care of.  We have recently purchased another home in GP and will put this under GP Prime's management.  Great job to everyone on the team.

We are close to ending another year and what a year it has been. One of the bright spots has again been the care and attention that many there at Prime Property provide for my little rental unit. Appreciate all that the Maintenance Co-ordinator Tara did in arranging the maintenance needed and all Corinna in the Accounting Department did with the accounts. It is important to me as being overseas for half the year makes even the simple tasks a tad difficult. With your team at Prime Property I never think about it as it taken care of. Thank you.
